I bought this gun mainly because of the 2nd clip that's included. Although you have to pump the gun about 20 times to shoot off a full clip (10 bullets), it's fun to just pop in a second clip that's already loaded. The clips have a little belt clip on it so you can hook it on a belt. It comes with 20 bullets and looks really cool. The vest (to me at least) is little small as well as the glasses, which is the only negative of this item. I played with it for 5 minutes and I already had a blast. I'd definitely recommend it!

My 8 year old received this for Christmas and hasn't put it down since. He also got the longshot and because the LS is eating up darts he has been using this AWESOME gun! Rapid fire and sound effects just blow you away with loads of laughs. My 12 year old is envious and can't touch it with his Tommy Gun because Nerf has one touch rapid fire while the Tommy has single shot. The MagStrike ROCKS beyond all Nerf weapons.

this gun is the best gu on the market. The longshot is a complete rip off compared to this. Why shoot 30 feet on the ground when you can do it running with this gun? The googles are loose but they bend so they can be tighter and great eye protection.The vest is very very sticky so the dart will stick with just a touch. The gun its self is amazing! ten bullets relase for fast action with decent accuracy. The ammo clip is super easy to load. The only down fall is when reloading you have to repump. 19 full pumpes launches the darts 30 to 40 feet. When outside the darts arent to good so use it inside.When useing the gun inside it works great with loads of cover. If you have ever played gears of war for the x-box 360 with all of the cover you can make it like that in real life. Just have two sides with a couch to peer over and shoot to the other side. you can use what ever as long as you can crouch behind it it works great. So this gun is the best nerf gun on the market and very very fun to play with them against your frfiends with loads of cover. If you read this BY THE GUN.it devastas anyone during a sneak attack.

I ordered a Mag Strike to use in a game of Humans vs Zombies, and I wasn't disappointed!

The Mag Strike comes with a pair of clips into which darts are loaded, and then you insert a clip into the gun as shown in the illustration, right at the front. You then pump it up like a Super Soaker until you hear the release valve venting off the excess, and can then fire an entire clip at once.

The only real weakness of the Mag Strike is the clip design; if you fire less than the entire clip at once, the clip falls down into the gun under its own weight and you must fire through the now-empty chambers to get to the unfired darts. This makes it pretty worthless, out-of-the-box, in any sort of nerf war. If you apply six strips of electrical tape (you can cut wide duct tape in half lengthwise to achieve the same effect) to the clip, running from the bottom of the belt clip around the underside of the gun (to keep the tape from catching on the edge of the clip chamber), the clip will no longer fall. Once this is done, you can fire as many darts as you want.

My oldest daughter got one for Christmas last year. My kids play with Nerf products with their cousins and friends all the time. Both in the house and outside. It keeps them from in front of the TV or computer. My two younger ones put these on their Christmas list. I could not find them in the stores. Since I was able to find them through Amazon I went ahead and ordered early.
